Demolition, site work and addition to a municipal facility in Iowa City, Iowa. Completed plans call for the addition of a municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

The project includes the construction of an enclosed patio addition to the Iowa City Animal Care and Adoption Center. Work generally includes removal of an existing window, and installation of a concrete slab, galvanized steel columns, galvanized steel mesh, corrugated metal roof, cat door, aluminum storefront door, galvanized metal gutter, and hanging lumber benches. Electrical work will include installation of an overhead light with an interior switch.
