The County of Schenectady will be accepting bids for the Schenectady County Community College Elston Hall Façade at the Schenectady County Community College located at 78 Washington Ave, Schenectady, NY. Masonry repairs including repointing and anchoring brick, replacing damaged cast stone pieces, and rehabilitating steel lintels and relief angles. b. Resealing windows and openings. c. Repairs to the internal gutter joints. d. Rebuilding and reroofing the horizontal cornice atthe pediment over the main East Entrance. e. Performing in-place repairs to fixed wood windows. f. Removing, repairing, repainting, and reinstalling metal balconies. g. Repairing, cleaning, and painting the metal cornices at the underside of the horizontal cornices on the Center Core East Elevation. Replacing and painting the metal cornices at the underside of the horizontal cornices at the pediment on the Center Core East Elevation. h. Cleaning and painting the metal fascias at the North and South Wings. i. Other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. j. Performing hazardous materials abatement. k.
