Salt Dome (D1030) Demolish entire existing dome structure and entry and provide a new pre-engineered dome structure and framing of equal size on existing concrete wall including new sheathing, shingles, siding, flashing, roof vent, electrical conduits, wiring, junction boxes, wiring and new LED lighting. Selected concrete and steel corner guard angle repairs. 2. Vehicle Storage Building (D0030) Foundation and slab repairs. Removal and replacement of standing seam roof and associated soffit, fascia, gutters and downspouts. Masonry removal, replacement and repair and cleaning. Overhead and man door repairs, replacement. Remove and provide exhaust fans and unit heaters. Remove and replace light fixtures with energy efficient LED light fixtures. Replace receptacles with GFCI and provide new conduit. Provide new panel board feeder.
