Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Menominee, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
As of 09/01/2021 This project has not been awarded. The City of Menominee is seeking bids for the construction of the State Revolving Fund Water & Sewer Utility Project, CWSRF Project 5732-01 & DWRF Project 7513-01, that includes the following major items of work: 1. 5,200 feet of municipal street reconstruction including water main, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, curb and gutter, sidewalk and HMA paving. 2. Replacement of 334 lead service lines throughout the City of Menominee. The Contract Documents may be examined at the following locations: City of Menominee Coleman Engineering Company 2511 10th Street 635 Circle Drive Menominee, MI 49858 Iron Mountain, MI 49801 The City of Menominee reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids at its discretion. No bid shall be accepted unless accompanied by a bid security payable to the City of Menominee in an amount not less than 5% of the base bid. Prevailing wage rates will be required for this project On that date, Contractor shall start performing its obligations under the Contract Documents. No Work shall be done at the Site prior to such date. In accordance with the Agreement, the date of Substantial Completion is June 15, 2022 and the date of readiness for final payment is June 30, 2022.
