Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Gypsum, Colorado. Completed plans call for the construction of a 6,191-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility; for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility; and water / sewer project.

The Colorado Army National Guard (COARNG) is requesting bids to build a 6,191 SF facility adjacent to the existing High Altitude Aviation Training Site in Gypsum, CO. The majority of the site work was installed as part of the Utility Infrastructure project in the Spring of 2022. This project will consist of foundation, tying into the existing utilities, a pre-engineered metal building (PEMB), an apron around the building, 9 vehicle bays, and a fire sprinkler system. The selected contractor will need to hire a PEMB supplier/builder to create final reactions and submit to DMVA/A/E/CODE team for final acceptance in a deferred submittal.
