Campus Exterior Lighting Upgrade Drawings which were and are provided upon email request to howard.nesmith@fda.hhs.gov. Revised layout of lights along sidewalk on north side of Bldg. 10 and Bldg. 54 will be addressed upon email request to howard.nesmith@fda.hhs.gov for all bidders. Campus Exterior Lighting Upgrades. Photometric study was performed for the area between the entrance of campus and the center mall area. It was recommended to increase lighting levels in high traffic areas to increase safe movement during darkness so the purpose of the project is to install external lighting as per provided documents. o Replace existing light fixtures on existing pole, refurbish/refinish existing poles and replace bolt covers. o Provide lighting contactor "LCP" in Bldg. 28, route all new circuits through the contactor. Provide astronomical time clock to control all new fixtures. Provide photocell to control fixture type D. o Route 6-4" conduit with pull string from new panel location in Bldg. 28. o Demolish existing 75 KVA transformer and replace with new 112.5 KVA transformer. install on existing concrete pad.
