Northern Kentucky University is seeking a Contractor to provide all materials, labor, tools, supervision, and equipment required to provide demolition, finish grading and site restoration services as outlined in this ITB and accompanying documents for the three-building Woodcrest Apartment Complex. In addition to the Woodcrest complex, offerer will include demolition and finish grading services for the single family house at 227 John Hill Rd. Highland Heights, KY.
