The project is an approximate 80,000 GSF addition to the existing 175,000 GSF Hermann Science Center. The total scope for this project is roughly $80MM for the construction of a building addition and limited renovations to the existing building, and construction of site amenities and improvements. The scope for this GMP includes: selective demolition, structure, building envelope, interior finishes, and MEP systems. As of December 26, 2024, this project is under construction. All sub bidding has closed except for the electrical and technology packages. There is no bid date yet for those packages. A firm construction timeline has not been established.
