As of November 13, 2025, this project is in occupancy. Original solicitation below for reference: Northern Kentucky University is seeking a qualified contractor to construct and renovate areas as outlined in attached construction documents and specifications at the University Center. These renovations will support it as the new Welcome Center location on campus. The project will be performed in phases with project completion August 2025. Renovations are mostly interior with some exterior building work. Primary work will occur at the 2nd floor Atrium space to include several custom features. The existing Buding Theater is included for renovation and new A/V technology systems. The University reserves the right to undertake or award other contracts for additional or related work to other entities. The contractor shall fully cooperate with such other contractors and University employees and carefully fit its work to such additional work. The contractor shall not commit or permit any act which will interfere with the performance of work by any other contractor or by University employees. This clause shall be included in the contracts of all contractors with whom this contractor will be required to cooperate.
