Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Highland Heights, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; and for paving for a educational facility.
Northern Kentucky University is seeking bids from qualified, experienced and responsible concrete contractor firms to address a variety of concrete issues at any and all of its facilities. The Contractor will provide all materials, labor, tools, supervision and equipment required for each service. This concrete work may include grinding, demolition, stair repair, railing repair, preparation for new material, and coordination with NKU project management and/or additional contractors on site. The selected contractor will need to have the capacity to complete the areas outlined on this scope prior to the begin of Fall classes for 2025. Payment and Performance Bonds 100% Payment and Performance Bonds will be required for work arising from this ITB The University reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities or technicalities, to clarify any ambiguities in bids. in the proposal. In case of error in extension or prices or other errors in calculation, the unit price shall govern. Further, the University reserves the right to make a single award, split awards, multiple awards or no award, whichever is in the best interest of the University.
