Deadline for Written Questions Noon Eastern Time on 07/09/2024 Addendum If Needed 2 p.m. Eastern Time on 07/11/2024 Northern Kentucky University seeks contractor to repair the exterior stairwell and landings at the Welcome Center Garage as outlined in the drawings, repair/install new railing at specified, and an alternate glazing system as described in the specifications and shall follow the manufacturer's written project recommendations. A 5% bid bond is required with submission of this ITB. 100% Payment and Performance Bonds will be required for work arising from this ITB. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities or technicalities, to clarify any ambiguities in bids. in the proposal. In case of error in extension or prices or other errors in calculation, the unit price shall govern. Further, the University reserves the right to make a single award, split awards, multiple awards or no award, whichever is in the best interest of the University.
