Site work, outdoor lighting and renovation of a mixed-use development in Highland Heights, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for outdoor lighting for a educational facility; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Griffin Hall underwent water damage from broken pipes in December of 2022. As a result, the following scope has been prepared to address bringing the space back up to NKU standards. Items to be addressed include: - Lighting in various areas - Painting - Floor & Base Replacement - Drywall Repair - Ceiling Tile Replacement - Painting - Prep and Painting areas that currently have "write-on" walls A 5% bid bond is required with submission of this ITB. 100% Payment and Performance Bonds will be required for work arising from this ITB.
