Demolition, site work and addition to an educational facility in Highland Heights, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; for the addition of a 85,400-square-foot educational facility; and for the demolition of a educational facility.
The project will add 85,400 square feet of teaching and research space for the departments of biology, chemistry, biochemistry, physics, geology and engineering technology. The Center for Integrative Natural Science and Mathematics and the Kentucky Center for Mathematics, currently located in Landrum Hall, would relocate to the building. As of December 27, 2024, this project is under construction. All trades have been let except for the technology package. A firm construction timeline has not been established; however, the project broke ground October 31, 2024, and is expected to finish Q1 2027.
