The right is reserved to reject any or all bids, to add or delete work, to waive informalities, and to award a contract which, in the opinion of the City, appears to be in its best interest. B. The project consists of installing 1 picnic shelter on a concrete pad at our Bryan Multi-Sports
Complex located at 501 South Oak Forest Road in Goldsboro, NC. The contractor will also
be responsible for pouring the concrete pad. Install the shelter per the manufacturer
specifications. Construct the shelter per provided drawings. A. Provide all labor, material, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the
installation of the owner provided shelter. A diagram of the shelter is attached.
B. The contractor shall be fully knowledgeable of all requirements of the contract documents and
shall make themselves aware of all job site conditions that will affect their work.
C. The contractor shall confirm all given information and advise the building owner,
prior to bid, of any conflicts that will affect their cost proposal.
D. Project must be complete, to owner's satisfaction, within sixty (60) calendar days
after notice to proceed. Work must be continuous until complete. Work will be allowed
on weekends and holidays observed by the City of Goldsboro.
