Site work for a water / sewer project in Frederica, Delaware. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of 10/5/2021 project was already awarded, but amount not available. The work consists of replacement of the existing water main by furnishing and installing approximately 900 linear feet of 10-inch diameter C900 PVC water main within Front Street between Market and David Streets and replacement of fire hydrants at various locations. Contract Duration 180 Consecutive Calendar Days Each BID must be accompanied by a BID BOND or Certified Check payable to the OWNER for ten (10) percent of the total amount of the BID. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The right is reserved, as the interests of the Town of Frederica may appear, to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality in bids received, and to accept or reject any items of any bid. The Town of Frederica reserves the right to extend the time and place of Bid Opening on not less than two (2) calendar days notice by certified delivery or electronic delivery Questions will be received through Friday, August 13, 2021
