Bids will be received for one General Contract. Work will consist of, but is not necessarily limited to,providing all labor, materials, earthwork, and incidentals necessary to: provide dust control; improve and maintain roads; dismantle and remove existing mine facilities; develop a repository; remove mine waste and regrade combination mine site; place and grade imported sludge, close repository; install storm water BMPs; fertilize and seed and other work as shown and described in the Contract Documents. Work is limited the areas shown on the Drawings All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents must be submitted in online by July 21, 2021 by 3:00 PM Mountain, go to the website and selecting Q & A Board from the menu on the lower left side of the page, selecting the green Ask a Question tab on the upper right side of the page, and entering a question.
