Renovation of an educational facility in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

As of 08/18/2021, This project has been canceled.  No contract was awarded Work Description: Remove existing roof and dispose of all debris; cover grounds and property. Install ice and water shield on eaves (6 feet), valleys around all penetrations as needed. Install synthetic felt new edge metal and vent collars. Pro starter strip on eaves and rakes. New Timberline HDZ roof will require a Lifetime GAF Mfg., or equal, shingle warranty and 5-year workmanship guarantee. Install new 750 vents. Cut and Install Snow Country ridgevent across peak. Wrap fascia around building on eave and rake, except where covered by aluminum. Replace gutters, downspouts and accessories around entire perimeter of building where shingles are replaced. Install 6k seamless system installed in hidden hangers or shanks where present. Install Leaf Relief on gutters. Provide unit pricing for 3/4 inch board, 1/2 inch and 3/4 inch plywood if needed. All materials must be guaranteed as specified. The Lincoln Leadership Academy Charter School Board of Trustees reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals, or accept a proposal that it finds, in its sole discretion, to be in the best interest of the Lincoln Leadership Academy Charter School.
