The purpose of this Request for Qualifications is to obtain a list of qualified hotels for the temporary relocation of families displaced as a direct result of the City's Lead Program. The City of Allentown reserves the right to reject any and all responses submitted and to request additional information from any Proposer and the right to waive minor irregularities in the procedures or responses if it is deemed in the best interests of the City of Allentown. This Request for Qualification will remain open for the length of 12 months with an opportunity to renew for an additional 12 months. Contractors may submit the appropriate documentation at any time during this period, and if approved, will be added to the qualified list for the remainder of the term.
