It is the intent of this invitation to provide City wide surveillance that includes cameras, mounts, mounting hardware, switches, etc. Each bid shall be accompanied by an original Bid Bond signed by a surety company, with original signatures, authorized to do business in Pennsylvania in the amount equal to ten (10%) percent of the bid total or a Certified Check, an Irrevocable Letter of Credit, or bank check in an amount equal to ten (10%) percent of the bid total. Performance and Labor & Materialman's Bonds in the amount of one hundred (100%) percent of the contract price. Question Deadline 03/25/2024 at 4:00 PM ET Questions regarding electronic submissions are welcome via email through Purchasing.Agent@allentownpa.gov. Maintenance bond to comply with the Guaranty (See Section 1.17) in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the contract amount for a period of twelve (12) months from the final acceptance by the City.
