Renovation of a municipal facility in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
It is the intent of this Bid to secure a contractor for the renovation and modernization of the Bridgeworks 3rd floor lobby and customer service areas located at 641 S. 10th Street Allentown, PA 18103. Questions regarding electronic submissions are welcome via email through Purchasing.Agent@allentownpa.gov Each bid shall be accompanied by an original Bid Bond signed by a surety company, with original signatures, authorized to do business in Pennsylvania in the amount equal to ten (10%) percent of the bid total or a Certified Check, a Bank Check, or an Irrevocable Letter of Credit in the amount equal to ten (10%) percent of the bid total. Questions Due 05/14/2024 at 4:00 PM ET The City reserves the right to reject any or all offers and to waive informalities and minor irregularities in offers received.
