Site work and new construction of an educational facility in South Salt Lake, Utah. Completed plans call for the construction of a 80,000-square-foot educational facility.

Okland Construction Company, hereinafter referred to as "Construction Manager/General Contractor" (CMGC), has been selected by DFCM of the State of Utah, hereinafter referred to as "Owner", to be the CMGC for the following project, Huntsman Mental Health Institute Crisis Care Center hereinafter referred to as the "Project". The University of Utah Huntsman Mental Health Institute (HMHI) Receiving Center will be an important next step in providing mental and behavioral health support in the State of Utah.
