Surplus Warehouse Partial Re-Roof Question Submission Close Date 11/14/2022 2:00 PM MST Granite School District (GSD) is requesting the services of a General Contractor (B100) or General Roofing Contractor (S280) to perform a partial re-roof of Granite School District Surplus Warehouse, 3180 S Eldredge Street, Salt Lake City, UT 84115. Work shall include, but is not limited to: - Removal of portions of existing roof system to sheathing, including but not limited to: membrane, perlite cover board and cricket system, and primary and secondary roof drain bowls, all to be disposed of offsite - Protection of existing building assemblies to remain - Removal and re-installation of existing mechanical equipment and utilities. - Repair/replace deteriorated roof sheathing as required - Installation of new 2.6" ISO set in low-rise foam - Installation of 60 ml white EPDM fully adhered to iso with bonding adhesive. - Installation of all base flashing, fully adhered - Installation of all required sealant and terminations required for warrantable roof system - Remove and reinstall metal coping and flashing, install new where required
