Renovation of a mixed-use development in Reading, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and two-story above grade educational facility.
The selected Contractor shall provide all the necessary Labor, Materials, Equipment, Temporary Protection, and Supervision for the renovation of the Yocum Library 2nd and 3rd floors, as denoted in the plans and specifications. Work shall include but is not be limited to: general demolition, electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, and carpentry as outlined on the drawings. Demolition materials not requested to be returned to the College shall be disposed of properly and legally. Contractor will provide all necessary warning and protection services necessary to keep everyone and the building safe and secure. Clarification Deadline: 7/27/2021 12:00 PM
