Renovation of an educational facility in Reading, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

As of 1/7/2022 no award has been made. Project Description: The scope of work includes packaged rooftop unit replacements at Berks Hall and the Gust Zogas Student Union Buildings. Multi-Prime Contract: HVAC Construction. HVAC construction work is required for replacing nine (9) rooftop packaged units at RACC's Berks Hall and Student Union Center. In addition to replacing the existing units, the new units shall be provided with MERV 13 filtration and bipolar ionization equipment. The scope of work will also include controls work. Multi-Prime Contract: Electrical Construction. Electrical construction work is required for disconnecting and reconnecting units to existing electrical circuits. Clarification Deadline : 12/6/2021 12:00 PM
