Renovation of an educational facility in Reading, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The scope of work includes packaged rooftop unit replacements at Miller Center for the Arts. HVAC Construction Contract - HVAC construction work is required for replacing three (3) rooftop packaged units at RACC's Miller Center for the Arts. In addition to replacing the existing units, the new units shall be provided with MERV 13 filtration and UV disinfection equipment. The scope of work will also include controls work. Electrical Construction Contract - Electrical construction work is required for disconnecting and reconnecting units to existing electrical circuits. Clarification deadline 10/21/2021 12:00 pm The Owner respectfully requires that all persons who attend the Pre-Bid meeting shall wear a face covering that covers their mouth and nose, and that social distancing of 6 ft. or more between persons shall be observed at all times. The Owner will provide hand sanitizer dispensers at critical locations during the meeting for the Bidder's use. Bidders are encouraged to limit the number of participants to one person per company.
