Renovation of a residential development in Woodstock, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Supply and install new Energy Recovery Systems including new supply and exhaust ductwork as shown on drawings M-1 and M-2. .2 Supply and install new recirculating range hoods in each kitchen. .3 Removal and capping of washroom exhaust ducts. .4 Capping abandoned ductwork as required. .5 Demolition of existing electrical equipment as indicated on the drawings .6 Supply and installation of new electrical equipment as indicated, including but not limited to: panelboard, circuit breakers, conduit and wiring, wiring devices, lighting, connections to mechanical equipment, and fire alarm system modifications. .7 Patch and repair gypsum board where removals were completed. Documents are available through the Construction Association of NB.
