Costs of obtaining documents, as well as delivery or shipping for both full sets and partial sets are to be paid directly to ARC and are not refundable. If full sets are not picked-up at ARC Document Solutions, a $50.00 mailing fee will be required per set. No bidder may withdraw their proposal after the hour set for bid opening thereof, or before award of contract, unless award is delayed for a period exceeding 45 calendar days. The Board of Directors of the Franklin Pierce School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding. It is highly recommended that only one representative from the bidding contractor attend the prebid meeting. All social distancing a nd appropriate health protection measures shall be observed.
