Demolition, site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Tacoma, Washington. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the renovation of a 20,832-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

This project was awarded to Berschasuer Construction in the amount of $659,500. Work will involve selective demolition of existing interior wall partitions, floor, ceiling, and wall finishes, light fixtures, and equipment. Relocation of staff kitchen/break room and IT office. Addition of new Quiet Room and Copy/Work Room areas. Renovation and downsizing of Main Lobby, including new code-required drinking fountain. New glazed walls and doors at enclosed offices and conference rooms. Upgraded finishes throughout entire Level 1 area. Renovation of existing Women's Restroom 115 to enlarge vanity and improve accessibility. Finish upgrades to all other restrooms on Level 1. Sinks to be upgraded in Restrooms 114, 125 & 137. Other fixtures and ADA required accessories to remain in place as indicated on Demolition Plans.
