Site work, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Tacoma, Washington. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

The project includes, but is not limited to clearing and grading in select areas, demolition of surfacing, site features, 1 building, and selective demolition at (2) buildings, beach debris removal and restoration in selected areas, site preparation, utility upgrades including underground boring, sewer, water, storm. and electrical improvements, construction of (2) new buildings and renovation of (2) existing buildings, construction of bulkheads, ramps, stairs and paving, installation of furnishings, irrigation, plants and other landscape features. New play structure, a variety of beach access points like a hand launch, ramps and stairs with restorative beach plantings. The base bid estimate range is $3,100,000- $4,100,000. Time of completion is 365 calendar days.
