TIMELINE: As of mid-May 2022, the Construction Manager / Project Manager has mobilized on-site. Interior demolition is underway. Tendering process for sub trades is underway to Invited / pre-qualified / pre-approved trades ONLY. Awarded sub trades may be released early summer 2022. Construction is currently targeted for completion late 2025 / early 2026. *The Construction Manager was secured through a public RFP process (1326331-19). *Total project value is $89 million.
