DFCM Construction - Pre Qualified General - Utah Department of Corrections Central Utah Correctional Facility Henry Housing Shower Upgrades. The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting bids for the construction of the following project: CUCF Henry Housing Shower Upgrades Utah Department of Corrections Central Utah Correctional Facility - Gunnison, Utah Dfcm Project. The Department of Corrections has asked for assistance upgrading the showers within the Henry Housing Units. The Base Bid will include but not be limited to: All work associated with the stainlesssteel wrap at the door frames, including all prep work required for the existing frames and new continuous hinge (36 frames total) as outlined in the Plans and Specifications. Trades include: Demolition, Joint Sealants, Access Doors and Frames, Glazing, Drywall, Ceramic Tiling, Painting, Toilet Accessories, Fire Sprinkling, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Fire Alarm.
