Renovation of a municipal facility in Oakland, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Permit Application #: 20-N-0136-0-DR Project comprises labor, material and services necessary for: Remove and Replace designated components of existing fire sprinkler system of building, including deficiency items shown on plans and specifications to meet current code compliance. Remove and Replace designated 1% of existing sprinkler heads per plans, package and ship the removed sprinkler heads to designated UL laboratory. The entire sprinkler head of facility may be replaced based on UL test result. License required to bid the project: B or C16 License Refer to Document 00 22 00, Supplementary Instructions to Bidders, Subparagraph 2.1.3, regarding performance of work of a Fire Protection specialty contractor license classification C-16. Successful bidder shall furnish payment and performance bonds, each in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract price. States estimated cost: $2,100,000.
