Reference Number 0000371093 Delivery Point: 530 Water Street Oakland, California United States 94607 The Port of Oakland (Port) has issued this RFP (RFP) to solicit proposals (Proposal), from qualified design-build entities ("Design-Builders to design, furnish, and install two Mobile Shore Power Outlet ("MSPO") systems at within Berths 55 and 59, located in the Port's International Shipping Terminal ("OICT") (the "Project"). The Project will extend the reach of the existing fixed shore power outlet service currently available at OICT. The proposed MSPO system must be installed along the wharf face waterside of the bull rail. Deck-mounted (cable reel systems with fixed equipment on the wharf face on or landside of the bull rail) MSPO systems are not allowed. The MSPO system shall be manufactured by IGUS, Inc. All work on the Project shall be substantially completed within 500 calendar days from issuance of Notice-To-Proceed (NTP) and shall reach Final Completion within 530 calendar days from issuance of NTP. Work shall be phased in accordance with the milestones set forth in the Bridging Documents.
