The Bidder ("Bidder") declares to have read and understood and agrees to be bound by all the instructions, terms, conditions and specifications of this ITB and agrees to fulfill the requirements of any contract ("Contract") for which it is selected to provide the specified services at the prices proposed. The Columbus Metropolitan Library is seeking competitive bids from demolition companies to demolish a two (2) story commercial office building and parking lot located at 1418 Brice Road, Reynoldsburg, OH and to remove all debris to an appropriate disposal site and restore the site. The demolition services include, but are not limited to, the provision of technical guidance and advice, preparation of reports and project management, and on-site representation during demolition and clean-up, as well as those further described herein. Demolition shall include complete excavation of below grade slab. All utilities supplied to the property will be disconnected by the Library prior to demolition.
