Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Reynoldsburg, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The scope of work for this project includes the following: Contract A Base Bid: Nearly 3,000 square yards of asphalt resurfacing with spot full-depth repairs, sidewalk / curb ramp improvements, and miscellaneous pavement markings. Contract B Base Bid: Over 62,000 square yards of asphalt rejuvenator to be applied to previous years resurfacing programs. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty in the form of either a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full amount of the bid or a certified check, cashiers check, or an irrevocable letter of credit in an amount equal to 10% of the bid (including all add alternates), as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Minority, and Women Business Enterprise participation 5% min. Subject to the right of the Owner to reject any or all bids
