The City of Justin, Texas, will receive sealed bids for the referenced project which involves the new planting and irrigation within the FM 156 ROW. The Project consist of approximately 6,243 square yards of planting improvements and anew irrigation system. Bids for a Contract shall be submitted on the bid forms provided, properly signed by an officer of the company, and dated. A Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the sum of Total Amount bid must accompany each Bid. The City reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject bids. Additionally, a pdf copy of the bid documents and plans may be obtained free of charge through electronically.
