Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Justin, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a 60,000-square-foot day care center; and for site work for a educational facility.
The District shall select, via a two-step method, Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Construction Manager at Risk for New Early Childhood Centers #1 and #2. The selected Construction Manager is to assist the District and selected Architect with cost evaluations (value engineering), constructability reviews and scheduling during the construction documents phase, and to oversee the progress of the project, documentation, verification and implementation of all subcontractors. To ensure at minimum all subcontractors adhere to current Davis Bacon Prevailing Wages. Project: New Early Childhood Centers #1 and #2 August 1, 2024 through June 1, 2025 Question Deadline 11/06/2023 All questions regarding this RFQ must be asked using the Questions Tab within the system. Answers to questions submitted will be available for all invitees. The Northwest Independent School District reserves the right to require additional background checks of identified personnel performing work on any projects or services where direct contact with staff and students may occur.
