There is one addendum on the project, please see the owner for more information. The purpose of this project is the design of City of Longmont's St. Vrain Greenway Phase 13. City of Longmont (City) is seeking a professional design firm to design an approximately 3.5 mile long section of the St. Vrain Greenway, a multi-use trail with adjacent irrigated landscaping, extending from Sandstone Ranch Nature Area east to St. Vrain St. Park in Weld County, including an underpass of State Highway (SH) 119 (see the Location Map, Figures 1 and 2, included in Attachment C of this RFP). The length of trail depends on the trail route selected during the design process. This project is partially funded by a Denver Regional Council of Governments (DRCOG) and Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) grant. The awarded consultant/team will perform or supply all required services to complete the design. These services may include, but are not limited to surveying and data collection, research (e.g., property or floodplain delineations, potential easement acquisitions), analysis, geotechnical engineering, environmental review and clearance planning, utility coordination planning, public engagement, project coordination, preliminary and final design, and other associated engineering work.
