Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Longmont, Colorado. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
Phase 1: This project provides architectural services for redesign of the south lobby and concessions area into additional fitness space for cardio theater equipment. It also changes the concessions area to a more self service area for patrons. As the community continues to grow, the demand for additional cardio equipment will increase. This project is included in the city's 2022-2026 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) and planned for 2022 and 2024. As of March 11, 2022, further details regarding design and construction have not been identified.
