Scope: The primary work to be performed under this contract includes landscape improvements on Pike Road in Longmont, Colorado. Construction includes, but is not limited to: mobilization; coordination with the property owner (606 Pike Road); removal of asphalt pavement; site grading; soil amendment and grading; installation of new pavement; trees; shrubs; mulch; weed management; watering; mowing; irrigation and landscaping improvements; erosion control; and site cleanup as required in the Contract Documents. The Contractor shall supply all superintendence, labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the work in accordance with the Contract Documents. Minimum Qualifications: Contractor must have completed at least 3 projects of similar scope and complexity within the last 5 years.
