The City is seeking General Contractor(s) for construction services for water and wastewater treatment facilities on an on-call, as needed basis. Services will encompass a variety of City projects in an industrial environment for the Wastewater Treatment Plant, Nelson-Flanders Drinking Water Treatment Plant, Wade-Gaddis Drinking Water Treatment Plant, Drinking Water Distribution System, Sanitary Collection System and Raw Water Supply System. Throughout this contract, the City may have projects that are scheduled and pre-arranged, but there may also be unanticipated requests needing immediate attention.
