Renovation of a water / sewer project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

The Project consists of constructing of an eight-foot (8') diameter submersible lift station including but not limited to a wet well, two (2) submersible pumps with accessories, associated piping, valves, header and force main; manhole; influent sanitary sewer line; a potable water line with backflow preventer; concrete pavement; Natural Gas Powered Emergency Generator, automatic transfer switch, and all necessary appurtenances for complete emergency electrical power system including concrete foundation; electrical duct banks, conduit, wiring, starters, breakers, control panel and all other miscellaneous electrical items; site grading; fence, dewatering, and trench safety and all other items as necessary for a complete functioning lift station The Work will be substantially completed within 210 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in Paragraph 4.01 of the General Conditions, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions within 240 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run Project Location. The project is located on the south side of Breen Road, approximately 0.3- miles west of its intersection with North Houston Rosslyn Road, in Houston, Texas
