Demolition, site work and new construction of a medical facility in Clermont, Florida. Completed plans call for the demolition of a medical facility; for the construction of a medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.
Project will include the demolition and abatement of 12 existing structures on the north side of the CI's compound and construction of a new 550-bed mental health treatment facility, a new Vehicular Sallyport with reconfigured perimeter fence and a new stand-alone Central Energy Plant (CEP). Only bidders meeting prequalification criteria will be allowed to participate in the bidding phase of this project.
