A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The work consists of replacing rotted wood and installing a new roof with the following specifications: Remove existing roof panels on Train Depot and Bath House; remove and replace all rotted wood associated with the trusses and sheathing on Train Depot AND Bath House; install metal roof on Train Depot and Bath House. The location of the project is at 106 S. Hwy 27/441 in Lady Lake, FL. One (1) original and three (3) copies of the Proposal must be submitted with the original being clearly marked as such. All proposals must be in a sealed envelope and clearly marked in the lower left corner Town of Lady Lake - Bid No. 2022-0004 Installation of Train Depot and Bath House Roof and Rot Repair and delivered or mailed to: Nancy Wilson, Town Clerk, Town of Lady Lake, 409 Fennell Boulevard, Lady Lake, Florida 32159. Bids received after the specified submittal date and time, or improperly marked, will not be accepted.
