The work will include, but not be limited to selective demolition, installation of new grease interceptor and associated piping, removal and. disposal of building materials, miscellaneous patching and repairing and painting, new metal framing and drywall, reinforce concrete, new tiling and wall finishes, procurement and installation of kitchen equip-ment, replacement; of existing boiler with new plumbing and electrical relocation and replacement. The cost range is $1,800,000 to $2,000,000. Seattle Public Schools requires that all contractors, vendors, sup-pliers or providers of services comply with all applicable laws and regulations prohibiting dis-crimination in employment, pub-lie accommodation, and educa-tional programs.
