SCOPE OF WORK The modernization and maintenance of two (2) elevators for the Lebanon County Housing Authority, Stevens Towers, 930 Willow Street, Lebanon, PA. Brief Description: The complete modernization and maintenance of both elevators at this building. Which will include but not be limited to; new gearless machines, controllers, governors, all wiring, fixtures, all switches, roller guides, buffers, safeties, cabs, etc. We will also increase the speed of car #1 to 250 fpm Bid Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the base bid, is required with all bids in the form of a certified check or bank draft, payable to the Housing Authority of the County of Lebanon, U.S. Government Bonds, or a bid bond executed by the bidder and security company in the form as enclosed with the bid documents. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory performance and payment bond or bonds. Attention is called to the provisions for equal employment opportunity and payment of not less than the prevailing salaries and wages as set forth in these specifications. The Housing Authority of the County of Lebanon reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding for up to sixty (60) days. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of the Housing Authority of the County of Lebanon.
