Last day to submit substitutions and questions: Monday August 23rd, 2021. Bids will be opened and read aloud at the time and date set forth to accept bids. Bids will then be delivered to the Johnson County Board of Park and Recreation Commissioners for bid award determination at a public meeting of such Board to be held within 30 days following such bid opening. Bid is for General Contract on Phase 2 Improvements at Meadowbrook Park. Improvements include : New picnic shelter, restroom building, new parking lot, new playground, and associated sitework, utilities, drainage and grading. No bid may be withdrawn within a period of sixty (60) days from the date of the bid opening.
