The Cross Country Elementary / Middle School project is demolition and replacement of a new school building in Baltimore, Maryland. The project site is located at 6100 Cross Country Blvd., Baltimore, MD 21215. Cross Country Elementary/Middle School was originally constructed in 1955, with later additions completed 1961 to 1998. The new facility will be a 3-section school comprised of three stories and approximately 95,000 total square feet. The overall project schedule will tentatively start September 2021 and be complete June 2023. The project includes an MBE Overall goal of 30%, (11% Woman Owned and 8% African American) and all bidders are encouraged to attend. MBE firms MUST be MDOT certified.
