Items and approximate quantities of work: Approx. 2,595 square yards of MDOT 5E3 Superpave Mix, HMA, wearing course overlay, 2 inch; Approx. 45 square yards HMA pavt removal, full depth; Approx. 88 square yards MDOT 13A, HMA, 4 inch on new 21AA Aggregate Limestone Base; Approx. 88 square yards MDOT 5E3 Superpave Mix, HMA, wearing course, 2 inch; Approx. 8 each Remove Bollard, include 48SF full depth pavement removal and 21AA Aggregate Limestone backfill Restoration and clean-up; The City of Rockwood will award the contract without regard to race, creed, color, religion, sex, national origin, height, and weight or handicap status.
