Public notice is hereby given that separate sealed bids will be received and opened by the Borough of Harvey Cedars at the Borough Hall, 7606 Long Beach Blvd, Harvey Cedars, NJ for the following project: 2021 Directional Drilling Water Main Extension Project 84th Street to Bay Terrace: The Project Involves directional drilling 270 LF of 8-inch HDPE DR-11 water main, test pits, and 45 SY of pavement restoration including all other incidental work necessary to complete the project. Official documents must be purchased from Owen, Little & Associates for Bid Submission. No downloaded documents will be accepted, as we cannot guarantee accuracy. Bids may be submitted by mail or in person at any time prior to the time for receiving and opening the same. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et. seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. The Borough of Harvey Cedars reserves the right to waive any informalities C+and to reject any and all bids.
